Cancellation and Refund Policy

Overview

Please direct all concerns relating to booking cancellation and requests for refund to Naira Hotels as our partner hotels cannot process any refunds.

Depending on your circumstances, you can make changes to your booking. You can change the check-in date, cancel your booking and even ask for a refund, provided the conditions for our Refund Policy are met.

Refunds                                                                       

You can cancel your booking and be eligible for a refund or to amend check-in date if

  • Room has not been partly used
  • Booking is cancelled and request for refund is made less than 24 hours of booking
  • Booking is cancelled and request for refund is made greater than 24 hours to check-in time

 

No Refund or Part Refund

If the room has been partly used and the cancellation was made greater than 24 hours before check-out time, then

  • if room was booked for only one night
    • Not eligible for refund or change in check-in date
  • if room was booked for more than one night.
    • Eligible for refund with 10% administrative charge payable, and/or change in check-in date for the remaining days
    • No refund for the day the room was partly used
